POSTAL STRIKE: POTENTIAL DELAYS IN RECEIPT OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on
6 July 2018 wherein it was advised, inter alia, that Trencor will distribute its integrated annual
report, incorporating its audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2017
(“IAR”), on Wednesday, 11 July 2018. Although the Company’s IAR has been posted, delays may
be experienced in the receipt thereof due to the postal strike. In order to mitigate any such potential
delays, shareholders can request a printed version of the IAR by e-mailing info@trencor.net or
calling 021 421 7310.
