CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Adrian Bock has resigned as the chief financial officer ("CFO") and joint chief executive
office ("CEO") of Ellies with effect from 31 December 2018.
Adrian has been with the company for 2 years and has been an instrumental part of the team that implemented the
company's turnaround strategy.
Now that the company has returned to a profitable course and the appointment of a new CEO is imminent, Adrian has
decided to return to the United Kingdom to pursue new interests. Adrian will be available to the company during his
contractual notice period of 6 calendar months, ending at the end of December 2018 and will hand over to the to be
appointed CFO during the course of the notice period.
The board of directors of Ellies would like to thank Adrian for his service and dedication to the company, and in particular
for being instrumental in driving the company's turnaround strategy thus far, as well as for acting as joint CEO over and
above his duties as CFO for the last 6 months.
Shareholders are advised that the company will commence with the search for a suitable replacement and will update the
market in due course.
Shareholders are further advised that the company continues to search for a suitable replacement CEO and a suitable
new lead independent non-executive director and announcements in this regard will be made in due course.
