CHANGE TO THE BOARD AND TO BOARD COMMITTEE

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Ms Mpho Elizabeth
Nkeli has resigned as a non-executive director of the company,
with effect from 31 May 2018. Ms Nkeli has been a board member
since October 2015.

The board wishes to thank Ms Nkeli for her valuable contribution
and wishes her the very best for the future.

The board is pleased to announce that, following the resignation
of Ms Nkeli, Ms Audrey Mothupi has been appointed as chairman of
the social, ethics and transformation committee, with effect from
31 May 2018.
