NO CHANGE STATEMENT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND AVAILABILITY OF THE BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC 
EMPOWERMENT ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT


Shareholders are advised that Equites’ integrated report, incorporating the audited group financial statements 
for the year ended 28 February 2018, was published on 31 May 2018 and contains no changes to the preliminary
summarised audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2018 which were
announced on SENS on 10 May 2018. Electronic or printed copies of the integrated report are available on
request from info@equites.co.za. The report is also available on the Company’s website, www.equites.co.za.

The integrated report contains a notice of annual general meeting, which will be held at the offices of DLA 
Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr, 5th Floor, 11 Buitengracht Street, Cape Town, at 10:00 on Friday, 27 July 2018.

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is
Tuesday,17 July 2018 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 20 July 2018.

Shareholders are hereby notified that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company’s annual
compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003
read with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, has been published and
is available on the Company’s website, www.equites.co.za.
