APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), the board of directors
of Omnia (“the Board”) hereby advises its shareholders of the appointment of Ms Thoko Mokgosi-Mwantembe
(“Thoko”) as an independent non-executive director effective 1 June 2018.

Thoko holds a BSc and Teaching Diploma from Swaziland and a Master degree in Medicinal Chemistry from
Loughborough University in the UK. She serves as an independent non-executive director on the boards of a
number of JSE listed companies. In 2005 she was named finalist for IT Personality, winner of Top ICT Individual
and winner of Top ICT Businesswoman in Africa. In 2007, she was named the Businesswoman of the year in the
Corporate Category.

The Board welcomes Thoko and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
