CONVERSION RATIO AND THE LISTING OF THE SATRIX NASDAQ 100 FEEDER
PORTFOLIO (“THE PORTFOLIO”)

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Tuesday, 13 March 2018
regarding the listing of the Satrix Nasdaq 100 Feeder Portfolio,
Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited hereby announce the results of the
offer, the conversion ratio and the listing of the portfolio.

1. Cash subscription

The total cash subscription to the offer is for an amount of
R22 716 000 (twenty two million seven hundred and sixteen thousand
rand). One letter of allocation (“LA”) was issued for every rand
subscribed to the subscriber’s CSDP or broker account and the
corresponding rand amount debited.

2. Conversion ratio

STRATE will convert the LA to Satrix securities in the subscriber’s
CSDP or broker accounts in terms of the conversion ratio below.

Investors will be entitled to 0.0229312 (“the conversion ratio”)
Satrix Nasdaq 100 securities for every letter of allocation (“LA”)
issued. The LAs will be converted to Satrix Nasdaq 100 securities in
the subscriber’s CSDP or broker account.

3. Issued securities and listing

Satrix Nasdaq 100 Feeder Portfolio will issue 520 908 (five hundred
and twenty thousand nine hundred and eight) securities to list on the
“Exchange Traded Funds” sector of the main board of the JSE Limited,
at an issue price of approximately R 43.89 per security, to commence
trading on Tuesday 10 April 2018.
