Cash subscription The total cash subscription to the offer is for an amount of R22 716 000 (twenty two million seven hundred and sixteen thousand rand). One letter of allocation (“LA”) was issued for every rand subscribed to the subscriber’s CSDP or broker account and the corresponding rand amount debited. 2. Conversion ratio STRATE will convert the LA to Satrix securities in the subscriber’s CSDP or broker accounts in terms of the conversion ratio below. Investors will be entitled to 0.0229312 (“the conversion ratio”) Satrix Nasdaq 100 securities for every letter of allocation (“LA”) issued. The LAs will be converted to Satrix Nasdaq 100 securities in the subscriber’s CSDP or broker account. 3.
