NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT AND SECTION
3.83(B) OF THE JSE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS


In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 ("the
Act"), and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, holders
of ordinary shares in the Company are advised that Westbrooke Special
Opportunities SNN QI Hedge Fund has disposed a beneficial interest in Rolfes
securities to Rolfes management and directors , such that its beneficial
interest amounts to 8.5% of the total number of ordinary shares in issue.

The shares sold totalled 2,500,000 and were purchased by Rolfes directors
and/or their associates, as announced on SENS on 27 and 28 February 2018.

Rolfes hereby confirms that it has received the required notices in terms
of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, and that it has filed the required notices
with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
