Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements
released on SENS on 15 January 2018, 4 December 2017, 2 November
2017, 2 October 2017 and 28 August 2017 and are advised that as
all the confidential discussions have been concluded and all the
information has been disclosed in the circular regarding the
rights offer (which is available on the Company’s website as
from today, 5 February 2018), caution is no longer required to
be exercised by shareholders when dealing in their securities.
