In the Circular it was disclosed that Storage King had entered into a sale and purchase agreement to acquire a self storage facility situated in Crewe, United Kingdom (“the Crewe Property”) and that, following conclusion of the Storage King acquisition, Stor-Age would have full discretion as to whether or not to complete the acquisition of the Crewe Property. The board of directors of Stor-Age is pleased to advise shareholders that Stor-Age (through its newly acquired 97.3% held subsidiary, Storage King) has now concluded the agreements with respect to the acquisition of the Crewe Property (“the Crewe Acquisition”). The purchase consideration in respect of the Crewe Acquisition is an amount of £7.739 million (R142.9 million at an exchange rate of R18.46:£1:00).
