Shrey is a medical doctor by training. He was a partner at McKinsey where he spent 12 years working across the pharmaceutical, private and public healthcare industries. He has had strong international exposure through his McKinsey assignments including advising on M&A transactions. Shrey moved to Discovery in 2013 concurrently working as the CEO for Discovery Vitality and DiscoveryCard (the latter role was moved to DiscoveryBank). Shrey has been responsible for driving profitable growth in these businesses.
