UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT – CHARGES AGAINST A CUSTOMER OF ALVIVA

The Company refers to the SENS announcement dated 26 September 2016. Shareholders are advised
that all the charges against the Brigadier-General, to whom reference was made in that announcement,
were formally withdrawn by the prosecution in court this morning.
