Further to the announcement on 10 November 2017, regarding the completion of the scheme of arrangement
by International Hotel Properties Limited (the “Scheme”), Mike Watters and Marc Wainer have been allotted
Redefine International shares, as International Hotel Properties Limited minority shareholders under the
Scheme, and their shareholdings have increased as advised below.
