 Shareholders are advised that the Company will hold a dial-in teleconference call on the Replacement BEE
 Transaction on Thursday, 9 November 2017 at 15h30 South African time to discuss the key terms of the
 Replacement BEE Transaction and address any queries stakeholders may have.
