LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWGOLD PALLADIUM DEBENTURES

NewGold has, from commencement of business today, issued an additional 3,000,000 NewGold
Palladium Debentures in two separate tranches, following subscriptions in respect of approximately
29,596.230 fine troy ounces of platinum.
