NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES


In compliance with section 91(2) of the Mauritian Companies Act 2001 shareholders are advised that on 
7 August 2017, Astoria received notification from Peregrine Equities Proprietary Limited (“Peregrine Equities”) 
of the acquisition by Peregrine Equities on 7 August 2017 of Astoria shares such that Peregrine Equities now 
holds 20.83% of Astoria’s total issued shares.

Astoria has its primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd and the AltX, and a secondary listing 
on the main board of the NSX.
