No change statement
Shareholders are advised that the summarised annual financial statements in respect of the year
ended 31 March 2017 have, today, been distributed to shareholders. The Company’s Integrated
Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2017 is available on the Company’s website (www.stor-
age.co.za).

The summarised annual financial statements contain no modifications to the summarised provisional
financial results for the year ended 31 March 2017, which were released on SENS on 13 June 2017.

Notice of the Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of shareholders will be held at the

offices of KPMG, Training Room 1, 8 Floor, 1 Mediterranean Street, Foreshore, Cape Town on
Thursday, 24 August 2017 at 12:00 to transact the business as set out in the notice. The salient
dates relevant to the AGM are set out below:
