DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of DivTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter ended
30 June 2017. The distribution of 12.16477 cents per DivTrax security will be comprised as follows:
Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 20%)(gross) 11.85702 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (20%) 2.37140 cents
Resultant net dividend 9.48562 cents
Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 20%)(gross) 0.30775 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (20%) 0.06155 cents
Resultant net dividend 0.24620 cents
The distribution will be made to all holders of DivTrax securities who were recorded in the register on
30 June 2017 and will be paid on 20 July 2017.
