With regard to the audited results for the year ended 31 March 2017, shareholders are
advised that the annual financial statements have been distributed to shareholders on 30
June 2017 and contain no modifications to the audited results that were published on
SENS on 12 June 2017.

Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the shareholders of the
Company (“the AGM”) will be held in the Table Mountain Board Room, 7th Floor, Alexander
Forbes, 115 West Street, Sandown, Johannesburg on Thursday, 7 September 2017 at 08h30 to
transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the
annual financial results.

Salient dates
   - Record date to determine which shareholders are entitled to receive the notice of
     annual general meeting Friday, 23 June 2017
   - Last day to trade in order to be eligible to attend and vote at the annual general
     meeting Tuesday, 29 August 2017
   - Record date to determine which shareholders are entitled to attend and vote at the
     annual general meeting Friday, 1 September 2017
   - Forms of proxy for the annual general meeting to be lodged by 08h30 on Tuesday, 5
     September 2017

Any forms of proxy not lodged by this time must be handed to the chairman of the annual
general meeting immediately prior to the annual general meeting.
