Retirement of Financial Director After eight years as Financial Director, Mr Mike Arnold will be retiring as Financial Director of ARM on 10 December 2017 after having reached the Company’s normal retirement age of 60 years in July this year and will work with the new Financial Director for a period of six months as part of the handover process. Mr Arnold will remain on the ARM Board of Directors as a Non- Executive Director with effect from the date of his retirement and he will also provide consulting services to the Company. 2. Appointment of Financial Director After a comprehensive search process, which included both internal and external candidates, the ARM Board of Directors is pleased to announce the decision to appoint Ms. Abigail Mukhuba, the current Chief Financial Officer of ARM, as Financial Director with effect from 11 December 2017.
