LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWGOLD PLATINUM DEBENTURES
NewGold has, from commencement of business today, issued an additional 4,800,000 NewGold
Platinum Debentures in three separate tranches, at an approximate issue price of R122.00 per
additional NewGold Platinum Debenture, following subscriptions in respect of approximately
47,228.816 fine troy ounces of platinum.
