In accordance with the JSE Limited Listing Requirements and Section 122 of the Companies Act 2008, 
shareholders are advised of the following:  

Redefine Properties Limited (“Redefine”) has notified the company that it has decreased its holding in 
the company from 11.47% to 3.24%.  

Accordingly, Redefine’s holding directly represents 3.24% of the voting rights in the company.
