As set out in the category 1 related party circular issued to shareholders on 2 September 2016, Rebosis has required that Billion reinvest a portion of the cash proceeds received pursuant to the claw-back offer to subscribe for further shares in Rebosis, ("Billion reinvestment"). The Billion reinvestment is expected to take place in the first quarter of 2017.
