Accordingly, basic earnings per share for the year ended 30 September 2016 compared to the 30 September 2015 (“comparative period”) are expected to increase between 32% and 36%, being 775.8 cents per share to 799.3 cents per share (2015: 587.7 cents per share). Basic headline earnings per share for the year ended 30 September 2016 are expected to increase between 18% and 22% being 694.1 cents per share to 717.6 cents per share (2015: 588.2 cents per share) compared to the comparative period.
