Changes to the Directorate and Board Commitees
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised of the resignation of Ms Mjoli-Mncube and the appointment of Ms Nosipho
Siwisa Damasane.
Ms Nhlanhla Mjoli-Mncube is retiring at the AGM on Wednesday, 16 November 2016
and will not be available for re-election to the board. She served as an independent
non-executive director on the board and as a member of the Audit & Risk committee and
Nomination Committee and as Chairperson of the Social & Ethics committee.
The Chairman and Board express their appreciation for her valued contribution and
guidance over the last 10 years and wish her all the best in her future endeavours.
Ms Nosipho Siwisa Damasane will join the board effective 1 September 2016 as an
independent non-executive director and has been appointed as a member of the Audit &
Risk Committee and Nomination Committee and as Chairperson of the Social & Ethics
Committee. She has vast experience in the logistics and transportation industry having
held various executive directorship positions at Transnet overseeing the areas of Port
operations and port-rail integration. More recently she was CEO of Richards Bay Coal
Terminal.
The Board is delighted in welcoming Nosipho as she brings a broad range of experience
and knowledge and looks forward to her contribution.
