2016 INTERIM DIVIDEND - CONFIRMATION OF SARB APPROVAL AND SCRIP DIVIDEND 
 

The Company confirms that approval has been received from the South African Reserve Bank (“SARB”) 
for the offering of a scrip dividend alternative and accordingly shareholders are able to elect to receive 
new ordinary shares in the Company, credited as fully paid, in lieu of cash in respect of the 2016 interim 
dividend of 0.5 pence per ordinary share. The exchange rate and the scrip calculation price, together 
with the scrip ratio, will be published on 5 September 2016 as previously announced.
