DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Holders of PropTrax SAPY securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the
quarter ended 30 June 2016. The distribution of 52.25815 cents per PropTrax SAPY Security will be
comprised as follows:



Gross REIT Distribution                                                            49.99071 cents
(No Dividend Withholding Tax deducted for SA resident securities
holders)
Non-residents:
Local Dividends withholding Tax (15%)                                               7.49861 cents
Net dividend                                                                       42.49210 cents



Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross)                                      2.26744 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (15%)                                                     0.34012 cents
Resultant net dividend                                                              1.92732 cents


The payment has been delayed beyond the 14 business day deadline as communicated through SENS
on the 1st of June, “Distribution Announcement – Salient Dates”. This was a special request from the
JSE as a result of the change to T+3 settlement.

The distribution will be made to all holders of PropTrax SAPY securities who were recorded in the
register on 24 June 2016 and will be paid on 22 July 2016.
