RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited’s Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that after four years of service to the Altron group, three of them on the Altron
board as an independent non-executive director, Ms SN Mabaso-Koyana has resigned
therefrom with effect from 13 June 2016, in order to focus on her other business interests
outside of the Altron group.


The board takes this opportunity of thanking Ms SN Mabaso-Koyana for her valuable
contribution made towards the affairs of the Altron group over the past four years.
