APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER


Shareholders are advised that, following the resignation of Irwin Lipworth, effective 29 April 2016 (as announced on
SENS on 6 April 2016), Adrian Bock has been appointed as chief financial officer with effect from 16 May 2016.

Adrian Bock has been appointed as chief financial officer and it is intended that Adrian will be appointed as the
financial director of the company within 6 months.

Adrian is a qualified Chartered Accountant, specialising in turn-around strategies, with a wealth of experience in
corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, change management, financial department set-up and re-engineering.
Adrian completed his articles at PKF in Johannesburg in 1997. He has been the chief financial officer of an Aim listed
company (Beacon Hill Resources Plc) and the group finance finance director of a JSE listed company (Trusco Group
Holdings Ltd). Adrian also worked in the United Kingdom for 4 years, including as a product operations and risk
controller for Deutsche Bank UK for 3 years. Upon his return to South Africa in 2001, Adrian served as one of the
founding partners of an audit firm rendering a full range of financial services, before founding ALB Capital, a niche
corporate finance house.
