Resignation and appointment of company secretary

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the JSE Listings Requirements shareholders are advised
that Ms. Dee Sheard has given notice of her resignation as company secretary with effect from 22
May 2016. The board thanks Ms. Sheard for the role she has played over many years and is pleased
to announce that Mr. Darwin van Rooyen is appointed as company secretary of TFG with effect from
23 May 2016. Mr. Van Rooyen is a qualified chartered accountant who has held an executive level
finance position in the group for a number of years, and he has the necessary skills and experience
to fulfil this function.
