Mr Johannes Bhekumuzi Magwaza has resigned as a non-executive
director from the board of Hulamin Limited with effect from
30 April 2016.

Mr Gcina Zondi has been appointed as an alternate non-executive
director to Mr S P Ngwenya on the board of Hulamin Limited with
effect from 1 May 2016.
