CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that the company’s Chief Financial Officer, Irwin Lipworth has resigned as a
director of the company with effect from 29 April 2016 in order to pursue other interests. Irwin has
committed to assisting with a smooth transition period in which he is available to assist the company.

The Board, led by the Remunerations and Nominations Committee Chairperson, has commenced with the
process of appointing a new Chief Financial Officer and is currently working through a list of candidates for
the position and are considering appointing a consultant until the position is filled.

The board wishes to thank Irwin for his valuable contribution to the company and wishes him all the best.

Shareholders will be advised once an appointment has been made.
