1.   The Company was notified on 22 March 2016 that the awards of British American
     Tobacco p.l.c. 25p ordinary shares (the “Shares”) granted to the following Executive
     Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities under the Long-Term
     Incentive Plan (“LTIP”) on 22 March 2013 had vested and been released on 22 March
     2016, as follows:
