AVAILABILITY OF 2015 ANNUAL REPORT, NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
NEPI shareholders are advised that the Company’s Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2015
(the “2015 Annual Report”) was posted today on the Company’s website, Wednesday, 16 March 2016, and contains
no changes from the reviewed condensed consolidated financial results for the year ended 31 December 2015 which
were published on the Regulatory News Service of the LSE, the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE and the
Bucharest Stock Exchange (“BVB”) on 9 February 2016. Where applicable, hard copies of the 2015 Annual Report
will be posted to shareholders.
The 2015 Annual Report contains a notice of Annual General Meeting for NEPI shareholders, which will be held at its
registered office being 2nd floor, Anglo International House, Lord Street, Douglas, Isle of Man at 8:30 am British
Summer Time (“BST”) on Thursday, 12 May 2016.
In accordance with the provisions of the Isle of Man Uncertificated Securities Regulations 2006 (SD 743/06), a person
must be recorded in the Company’s share register in order to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting by no
later than 8:30 am BST on 12 May 2016.
Shareholders are further advised that the 2015 Annual Report will be submitted to the BVB, the JSE and to the
Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority today and will be available in electronic format on the Company’s
website: www.nepinvest.com.
