| Business | NEPI was incorporated on 23 July 2007 in the Isle of Man. The company was established to invest primarily in the high quality office, retail and industrial property market initially in Romania. In addition, NEPI acquired the German portfolio and will consider investment opportunities in other Central and Eastern European countries that are recent entrants of the EU or are considered to be on the accession path.
