CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR


Further to the ‘Results of Annual General Meeting’ announcement released on SENS today,
19 February 2016, and in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the
board of directors of EOH hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Tebogo Skwambane has resigned as
Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 19 February 2016 following her recent appointment as
a partner in one of the largest international consulting firms. This appointment prohibits Tebogo from being a
board member of any public company.

We would like to thank Tebogo for her valuable contribution to EOH over the last seven years. We
congratulate her on her recent appointment and we wish Tebogo all the best for the future.
