This SENS announcement is in terms of Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited
(“JSE”).


The Board of Master Drilling announces that Mr Theophilus Timotheus De Wet will step down as
Company Secretary with effect from 30 November 2015. The Board expresses its appreciation for Mr
De Wet’s dedicated and capable assistance to the Board during his tenure.


The Board has appointed Mr Andrew Colin Beaven as Company Secretary to Master Drilling, with
effect from 1 December 2015. Mr Beaven is a practising attorney and partner at Beaven Attorneys.


Having considered the skills, experience and expertise of Mr Beaven, as well as his independence
and his arm’s length relationship with the Board and the Company, the Board is satisfied that Mr
Beaven is suitably qualified to act in this role.
