Changes to the board of directors

Shareholders are advised of the following changes to the board of Wescoal Holdings Ltd:

   -   Mr Waheed Sulaiman who was appointed as Acting Chief Executive Officer with effect from 31 March
       2015, has been appointed at the AGM as Executive Director; and

   -   Mr Izak van der Walt, appointed as Acting Chief Financial Officer of Wescoal with effect from 2
       September 2015, has been appointed at the AGM as Executive Director Finance.

Both appointments are with immediate effect.
