RESULTS OF DISTRIBUTION ELECTION, ISSUE OF NEW SHARES AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS


Shareholders are referred to the previous announcements in respect the election by shareholders to receive either a
return of capital by way of an issue of 1.92 new NEPI shares (“new NEPI shares”) for every 100 NEPI shares held on
the relevant record date, being Friday, 18 September 2015 (“return of capital”) or a cash dividend of 18.17 Euro
cents per share (275.88420 ZAR cents per share for shareholders on the SA share register) (“cash distribution”) in
respect of the six months ended 30 June 2015.

Following completion of the election, the company hereby announces that in respect of the return of capital, a total of
1 351 765 new NEPI shares will be issued on market as listed shares on Monday, 28 September 2015 on the JSE, the
AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange and the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The new NEPI shares will rank pari
passu in every respect with existing listed shares of the company and are fully fungible with effect from the date of
listing.

Following the issue of the new NEPI shares, the total issued share capital of the company will increase to 283 775 750
ordinary shares with a par value of €0.01 per share. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in NEPI will be
283 775 750 with effect from Monday, 28 September 2015, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in, NEPI under the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Certificated shareholders who elected to receive the new NEPI shares should note that share certificates will be posted
to shareholders on Monday, 28 September 2015. The cash distribution will be distributed by bank transfer, therefore
shareholders on the UK share register who have not yet provided bank details to the company, are asked to contact the
company at its registered office which is Lord Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 4LN, 2nd Floor, Anglo International
House, or by telephone at +44 (0) 2031 801 547, to make the necessary arrangements.

Dematerialised shareholders should note that the CREST, CSDP, broker and the (Romanian) Central Depository
accounts holding dematerialised shares are in the process of being credited with either a cash distribution or new NEPI
shares, according to the elections made.
