Shareholders are advised that the circular to shareholders in this regard, which was
issued on Friday, 4 September 2015, contains the following errors in paragraph 2
on the front cover:

The general meeting will be held on Thursday, 8 October 2015 and the form of
proxy must be returned on or before Tuesday, 6 October 2015 as indicated in the
body of the circular and the notice of general meeting included with the circular,
and not as indicated on the front cover of the circular.
