NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that Peregrine’s integrated annual report, incorporating the audited financial
statements for the year ended 31 March 2015, was dispatched today, 7 September 2015 and contains no
changes to the reviewed preliminary results which were announced on SENS on Wednesday, 10 June 2015. The
unmodified auditors’ opinion is available for inspection at the company’s registered office.
The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting, which will be held at 6A Sandown
Valley Crescent, Sandown, Sandton, at 10h00 on Friday, 9 October 2015.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday,
25 September 2015 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 2 October 2015.
