Mr Dlamini (MPhil (Oxon), BSocSci (Hons) Natal) has been an independent non-executive director of Aspen since 1 April 2012 and has wide leadership experience in diverse corporate sectors – he is currently the chairman of Massmart Holdings and also held this position at Times Media Group Limited until its delisting in June 2015. He was previously the CEO of Old Mutual South Africa and Emerging Markets and has also held directorships at, amongst other companies, Anglo American South Africa and the Richards Bay Coal Terminal Company.
