Resignation of Director – F A Du Plessis


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Ms F A (Fran) Du Plessis has resigned as an Independent Non-
Executive director of ArcelorMittal South Africa with effect from 22 July 2015.


Ms Du Plessis is taking a sabbatical to complete her Master’s Thesis.


The Chairman of the Board of Directors (“Board”), Mr Mpho Makwana, expressed the
Board's full appreciation and thanked Ms Du Plessis for her valuable contribution to the
company as a director.
