CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that with effect from 17 April 2015 Naspers’s non-executive chair, Mr Ton
Vosloo, as well as independent non-executive directors Messrs Boetie van Zyl and Yuanhe Ma, retired
from the board. In addition, Mr Koos Bekker rejoined the board as non-executive chair.

Mr Vosloo has served on the Naspers board since March 1983. He chaired Naspers for 23 years,
also various group companies and board committees. Mr van Zyl was appointed to Naspers in
January 1988. He served as independent lead director and on various other group structures. He
also chaired the Naspers audit and risk committees. Mr Ma has served on the board since 2013
and other group boards and committees since February 2003.

The board thanked these three directors for their commitment to the group over many years.
Their unique contributions were highly valued and will be missed.
