In accordance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122
of the Companies Act 2008, shareholders are advised of the following:

Old Mutual Investment Group (Pty) Ltd on behalf of segregated clients has notified the company
that accounts under its management have decreased their holding in the company, such that
their total interest in the shares of the company now amounts to 9.48% of the total issued
shares.
