BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION IN CONNECTION WITH THE CAPITAL & COUNTIES 
PROPERTIES PLC SHARE SCHEMES 
     
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a 
block listing of 7,300,046 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company, to trade on the 
London Stock Exchange main market and to be admitted to the Official List. 
     
The shares will be issued pursuant the Company’s Performance Share Plan, and Matching 
Share Plan. The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing 
issued shares of the Company.   
     
The Company has also applied to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange for the listing of the 
shares on the Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
