PARTIAL DELISTING OF NEWGOLD PALLADIUM DEBENTURES


NewGold has, from commencement of business today, de-listed 800,000 Palladium Debentures.
The de-listing is as a result of the redemption of approximately 7,973.602 fine troy ounces of
Palladium.


Following the de-listing there will be 50,984,696 NewGold Palladium Debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 508,164.573 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
