CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS - RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR AND CHANGE IN FUNCTION


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Adapt IT (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Thembisa Dingaan has resigned as an
independent non-executive director of the Board, chairperson of the Remuneration Committee, member of
the Audit and Risk Committee and member of the Nominations Committee with immediate effect, in order to
pursue alternative business interests.

The Board thanks Thembisa for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.

Mr Craig Chambers, an independent non-executive director of the Board, has been appointed as a member
of the Audit and Risk Committee with immediate effect.
