LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWFUNDS ILBI EXCHANGE TRADED FUND

Following the creation of 100 000 (one hundred thousand) participatory interests,
NewFunds has, from commencement of business today, issued an additional
100 000 NewFunds ILBI ETF securities at an approximate issue price of R59.72 per
additional NewFunds ILBI ETF.

After the listing of the additional 100 000 NewFunds ILBI ETF securities, there will be
1,100,000 NewFunds ILBI ETF participatory interests in issue.
