In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of
2008(“Act”) and regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations,
2011,shareholders are advised that on 11 November 2014, Lewis Group Limited
became aware of the following:


-   A disposal by Old Mutual Investment Group (Pty) Ltd (“OMIG”) of shares
    (acting as an agent on behalf of their clients), such that OMIG’s total
    interest in the company has decreased to 4.94% of the issued capital of
    the company.
