RESULTS OF ACCELERATED BOOK BUILD


Shareholders are referred to the announcement that was released on SENS earlier today regarding
an accelerated book build for R154 million. Shareholders are advised that the book build was fully
subscribed and new shares will be issued to successful applicants at a price of R9.50 per share.
Successful applicants will be advised of their allocations in due course.


Subject to approval by the JSE, listing and trading of the new shares is expected to commence at
09h00 on Friday, 17 October 2014.
